1.Q:Can you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we would like to offer free pen samples,but the freight collect. We gurantee that any pens samples of our existing products that is needed will be sent within 3 days.If you need a proof sample, Please contact our sales directly and immediately to get a specific delivery information.

2.Q:What about the price?
A: The ball pen price is for reference only, do not do the transaction price. Because raw material prices will be change, add to or omit, please email or use trademanger to chat with sales to confirm the price

3.Q:What is the MOQ policy?
A: Generally 5000 minimum, order quantity is small, the cost will increase, so the price also higher accordingly. Pricing should be according to the specific requirements and design.

4.Q:What about the packaging?
A: In general, the packging is 1pc/opp, 50pcs/box ,1000pcs/ctn.Can also according to customer requirements for packaging.

5.Q:Can we print a logo on the products?
A: Yes, All pens can be delivered with a logo by (Silk-screen Imprinting, Laser-engraving,

Laser-engraving with oxidation,Chrome-Etched laser engraving, 4-color-process Imprinting, Expoxy-dome logo, Debossed logo)

6.Q:Can we order customized colors?
A: Yes,but the additional cost should be paid by custom.Normal color is free.

7.Q:Which shipping ways availble?
A:By sea to your nearest port/By air to your nearest airport/By express to your door

8.Q:Which payment way is workable?
