How to use it.

1, Put the water into the silicone ball through the upper hole. 

2, Put the silicone ball into the refrigerator after the ball is full of water. 

3, Take the ice ball out of the silicone ball and put it into the cup.

4, Pour the drink or wine or beer into the cup.

Delivery information

1, Usually, for samples and quite small orders or very urgent order, we use fast express shipping way, like UPS, DHL, FEDEX ETC (usually 2-5 days). 

2, For urgent orders or small order, we recommend air shipping way. (Usually 7-12 days)

3, For big orders, we recommend sea shipping. ( Usually 18-25 days, depend on the shipping destination)

We can provide with1 free sample for most products, but the customer need to pay the freight charge.
But for the big and expensive product and OEM samples, please contact us to get the sample cost which will be returned to you when you place an order.

2. What is the sample time?
Stock products: 3-5 days.
OEM samples: 5-8 days

3. What is production time for order?
For small order: 3-7 days.
For big order: 10-15 days (depend on the order quantity)

4. What is product shipping way?
For normal big orders, we arrange the sea shipment .
For urgent orders, it can be air freight.
But for very small order , we suggest to deliver the products by international courier, such as DHL, UPS,TNT and so on.

5. How's the quality of products?which country do you always export?
All of our products are 100% inspected before shipment.
