• Pressuration function: It can regulate volume expansion and contraction in air-conditioning water system caused by temperature variation. It can stablize the given pressure in air-conditioning water system. Precise and stable system pressure and the stability of central air-conditioning can be realized by real-time detection on system pressure from pressure sensor and by exporting signals to microprocessing center and by switching on overflowing electromagnetic valve or 
• Deaeration function: high-pressure circulating water enters into constant pressure tank during degassing to decrease pressure and separate gas from water. Then exported gas is pushed into the air throuth gas valve. It can not only deaerate gas in the system,but also deaerate gas during water make-up.
• Water make-up function: the lost water cause by exhausted gas and system dripping and leaking can be monitored by controlling unit. Once the water is lower than the given number, it can be added by the water extracted by pressure maintainance pump from diaphragm tank. The number of water in diaphragm tank can be real-time monitored by load cells to make sure the quantity of water  Confine to the given volume when installed at the beginning.
