Q1: What is the main material of the extrusion mold?

A1:  Stainless steel 3Cr13, 3Cr17. If required, Din1.2316 is also Ok, but the moulds price will be much higher.

Q2: What does a set of extrusion mold include?

A2:  Die Head + Calibrator + Water tank, heating plates, spares.

Q3: What about the delivery time?

A3: Generally 25-30 working days after receiving the deposit and confirmed drawings. If urgent, the delivery time could be negotiated!

Q4: How about the extrusion mold testing ?

A4: If required, testers could be sent to customer's factory for testing.  

       If the mould need to be tested in China, then customers should pay for material that mould testing needs.
