FAQ about our FM-E filling machine.

Q1: Does this equip has heated function? I would want to fill very thick oils.

--Yes, our FM-E has heated function for the oil bucket, oil tube and the injector syringe equip.

This is also customized, with or without heated function all depends on customers needs.

Q2: How many pcs we can fill per hour?

--Customers can fill 800~1,200pcs in theory according to customized time settings and the team coordinate. (Usually little longer time setting for thicker oils)

Q3: How do I know my cartrdiges or oil bottles fillable? disposable pens?

--Our FM-E can fill the almost all styles 510 Hemp cartridges and/or disposable pens. Pls check below customized cartridge/pen tray link for your reference.

Besides, it can fill many other different style tincture bottles or other containers. As for your new cartridges, disposable pens or other containers, pls contact with your sales representative for detalils.

Q4: What`s the filling ranges? The accuracy?

--We can fill 0.3~5.0ml depends on the cartridge/container that will be filled. Also can customized to fill over 50ml or more. Depends on customers requirement.

The accuracy is within+/-0.02ml, if you have special demands, pls also let us know.

Q5: Can I fill different cartridges, pens or containers with 1 unit machine?

--Yes, definitely. Customers get the filling machine to fill different devices. All you need is to replace a new cartridge/pen tray and choose the corresponded procedure file.
