Description :
1., This product is a new substitute of soya lecithin with rich lecithin (PC) cephalin (PE) inositol phospholipids (PI). As its strong water- soluble property, light color appearance and good liquidity, it is easy to be added particularly in the liquid ingredients. It will form a milky liquid after being mixed with water.
2., This product can strengthen the immunity of animals.
3., According to the product emulsification features, it can promote the animal enteric emulsion after using this soya lecithin, so as to have the high absorption.

cyprinoid | Add phospholipids 2-5%, then can increase weight 15%, increase rate of weight growth to 30%, save feed 20.3%, reduce feed coefficient 2-8%,increase utilization of fat 3.5%, increase protein effective rate 30%, increase survival rate 2%. |

1.WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF MODIFIED LECITHIN?
This product is liquid lecithin modified from concentrated lecithin through acetylation andhydroxylation. Compared with concentrated lecithin, this product is improved inhydrophilicity and lipophilicity, with light color and good fluidity.
Applications:
For feeds: As an additive ofanimal feed, this product is the latest substitute of concentrated lecithin andcan be absorbed by the body more easily and meanwhile promote the absorption ofother hydrosoluble nutrients. After mixed in the animal feed, the product willget an appearance of light color and facility the operation thanks to goodfluidity; particularly in the liquid material preparation, the operation willtake less time and the product will achieve good effect.
For foods: It serves as the emulsifier of leather greasing agent and can enhancethe degree of cross-linking of bond, with stronger bipolarity than concentratedlecithin.

2.WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OIL-SOLUBLE AND WATER-SOLUBLE LECITHIN?
The difference between oil-soluble and water-soluble lecithin only worked for different type fat liquor:
1.oil-soluble soya lecithin liquid, it's can only can used for oily form.
2.modified/water-soluble lecithin liquid,it can both used for oily and pasty form.
So,water-soluble is more multifunction compared with oil-soluble,even the pricehigher,you may think about it.
