A1. Yes, customer design,especially OEM/ODM, is welcomed.Please feel free to send us your design for development.

Q2. When can I get it if I pay?

A2.   We need about 7-15 days to make and it also depends on your order quantity.

Q3. Why your price on website is not same as real price?

A3.  The price on the website is only a rough quotation.Many factors such as quantity,material cost and exchange rate will affect the price,so the real price will be subject to our final confirmation.

Q4. How can I make the payment for my orders?

Q8. Can I get samples first of my own design, and then start the order?

A8.  Yes, of course. We charge you mold fees and the freight cost (Mould fees will be return if large cargo quantity meet our MOQ). Once get your confirmation, we will start the order.

Q9. Should I need to pay the mold cost again when we reorder next time?

A9.  No, you do not need to pay the mold again, it could be used one again.
