Marigold (CALENDULA)

The colour of the marigold (calendula) varies from yellow to bright-orange. It's name in Bulgarian literally means “never wither”. The marigold was known as a remedy as far back as Ancient Greece. Apart from the medicine, the marigold is often used in gastronomy. It's blossom is edible and could be added to salads. In it's dried form it's used for tinting cheeses, or as a substitute to the spice saffron.

EN Ingredients: Calendula (100%) (Calendula); Preparation: put 2g (one sachet/one table spoon) from the tea into 200-300ml of hot water and boil for 3-6 minutes. Keep in dry and airy room.
