1.For packing details: we can pack the goods as customer's requirements, or we will pack as our usual trade custom.
2.For shipment details:
For samples, can be by express of DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, HKDC at the buyer convenience,by Economic express to save the buyer cost or by Intl priority to shorten the transit time at the buyer's request;

3.For mass order delivery, can be optional with terms of Exwork, FOB, CNF, CIF by air or by sea based on the buyer forwarder or our recommended local forwarder at the buyer convenience.

To save the buyer shipping cost, we can also offer Chinese cheap cost from our local forwarder for our buyer more selections.

A: T/T 100%  before delivery for value less than 5000USD.

A: EXW, FOB, CIF.

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 5 to 10 days after receiving your advance payment, also it is up to the delivery way customer choose. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q7: If the prodcuts are found to be unusable after delivery, how to deal with them?

A: If it is due to product quality problems, you can send back the unusable products to us within warranty period and the freight cost will be paid by our side, then we will send new products to you.
