The function of non-woven fabrics Extruder is to extrude PP raw material from solid state to melt liquid state, and can be spunbond.

Normally has two extruders in series: the screw L/D of the main extruder is 30:1, the ancillary extruder mainly used for machining leftover material and used drapery which can be recycled on the line, the L/D is mainly 15:1. -Calender roll adopts conductive oil recurring heating,even temperature,easy control.
-Lower roll adopts medium-high hydraulic pressure distortion conpensation method,makes the contact line even and accordant,ganrantees all the standards of full-width product even and accordant.
-Driving method adopts the direct gimbal driving calender roils,assures the speed stabiliy and control ,prolongs the using periods.
