1. Where is your factory loaded ? How can I visit there?
Our factory loaded in Shijiazhuang, China, near Beijing! You can come here by air to Shijiazhuang airport, and we will go to pick you up!
2. Can you send samples?
Yes, of course! We will return the sample freight back after you place an official order.
3. Can I do my custom logo and label?
Yes, we can do customize logo and labels, you need offer your design.
4. Do you do custom designs?
Yes. And please send your logo pictures (pdf, psd, png )to our email, We will check it , and tell you a quotation.
5. How does your factory regarding quality control?
If there is any quality problem within 72 hours upon receipt of the goods, we support no reason to return or replace the goods. If the products are damaged due to failure to follow the operation rules, we do not support returning or replacing the goods. After washing, the products will not be returned.
6. What's your payment terms?
30% prepayment and 70% balance payment before shipment. T/T, Western Union, Paypal.
