Custom Printing Orders:

   We have our own printing machine. So if you have your own design, please send to us by email 

      and advise your detail requirement. Our customer service will advise you the total cost or assist  

      you to complete your design if you need their help. And we will keep your designs in private.  

     Payment:

   We accept on-line order/ Paypal/Escrow /Western Union and T/T. Please contact our customer

      service for payment account detail.

   Delivery:

     The price listed in our website does not include the shipping cost. The shipping cost also varied

     from country to country and it also subject to order amount. If you want to ship your order by our

     express carrier, please contact our customer service for shipping cost. The express carrier will

     normally take 5-7 days to ship to your area (Remote area excepted). 

      Damage:

   When you receive your order, please check the outside box before you open it. If it is broken

       and the inside goods are damage, please refuse to sign this shipment and report to your local

     carrier center. If the box is in good condition but the products inside are damage, please take 

     the picture and show to us. Then we will make it up to you in your preferred ways.
