Buyer need to bear import tax and other custom fee, if occur. Normally we will make lower price and declare "gift" or "sample" in INV, buyer can save some tax maybe.
If buyer has any special request for INV, pls tell us before shippment.
If there is custom problem occur, we will try our best to assist buyer to solve it.

Q 1: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check product quality.
Q 2: What is the lead time?
A: Samples need 10-20 working days, mass products depend on shipment means, it needs 7-10 working days by air, it needs about one month by sea.
Q 3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, by sea or by air.
Q4: Your factory or trading company?
A:We are a factory and trading both, we provide OEM services. We produce products as customers’ requirement.
