Concrete mixer truck consists of special device for automobile chassis and concrete mixing and transporting, always keeping the mixing drum rotating in the transport process and it is the special vehicle with integration of mixing and transport. 

We are specialized in manufacturing the small concrete mixer truck working for the narrow working environments, including underground coal mine, reclamation construction, high-speed rail construction, township pavement construction, rural housing construction; Zhenheng produces concrete mixer trucks from 4m3 to 20m3.

Low-angle design

5% lower than the similar mixing truck for the angle of inclination, 10% higher than similar kinds for assurance coefficient; reasonable inlet and outlet design, rapid feeding, and simple operation.

Mixing drum

This kind of mixing drum is in the shape of the universal application structure, the mixing blade uses 3D double helix mixing design, the residual rate is low to 0.6%, better than the international standard (International standard is 2%) and exceeds industrial standard by 0.7%-1%. 

Drive System

The mixing drum is motivated by the engine, the power comes from the Power Take Off at the rear end of the engine, transforming to hydraulic pump via drive shaft, driving the mixing drum through motor speed reducer.

Operating system 

Operating system controls the positive rotation, reverse rotation and speed of the mixing drum through the two joysticks located at the right and left rear of the car, so as to complete the feeding, discharging and mixing.

Water supply system

This function is mainly used to cleaning the mixing tank and its appearance, and it mainly based on pressure water tank. The hydraulic pressure can reach up to 0.6-0.8 Mpa.
