• Guarantee Food safety

So the machine and food contact parts are all adopts SUS304 stainless steel material, outer packing all use SUS304 material. This production line all parts can be cleaned with water.

• This production line stable performance

Easy operation, low fault rate and motor adopts brand-name products at home and abroad, the main parts adopt Japan NTN bearing NSK products, or key parts cylinder by SMC product, frequency converter used in products, schneider PLC adopts Siemens or products.

• Multi-purpose equipment, variety of production

Only need to adjust the technological process instead of increase or decrease the equipments, various of instant rice noodle can be processed by the line. Can process rice flour, mixed rice and brown rice, red rice, black rice, in order to make the final product nutrition more even.
