A: We do 100% testing for all products before packing. We are CE certified and strictly follow the ISO procedures. will inspect

     every flashlight and ensure every product can work before shipped out. Our clients include: Carrefour, Wal-Mart, Ring,

Q6: May I have your free samples?

A: We will send the sample to you after you pay the sample cost.  this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

Q8: How long will it take for my item to reach me?

A: Please note that business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public Holidays, are calculated in terms of delivery period. In

     general, It takes about 3-7 work days for delivery.

Q9: How do I track my shipment?

A: We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out. We would send email with

     tracking number, so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier’s web site.

A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2% Secondly, during

     the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quality for defective batch products, we will repair them

     and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q13:Favourable Payment Term

A: We can quote you EXW, FOB, CRF and CIF price. The delivery port can be Shenzhen or Hongkong and any China port. We

     accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
