1. Are you trading company or factory?

We are definitely a umbrella factory.

2.What is your main products?

Our main products are promotional umbrella, folding umbrella, golf umbrella, kids umbrella, POE umbrella, bottle umbrella and other kinds of umbrella, and also we offer OEM services.

3. What is your best FOB price per unit when ordering 500, 1000 and 2000pcs?
Our MOQ is usually 500 pcs(FOB XAIMEN), favorable discount is negotiable for bigger qty.

4.How about the sample and sample deliver time?
Usually sample time is 2-7 days , free sample with freight cost collected, customized sample is charged but cost can be refunded after order /confirm/ied. Please be rest assured of that.

5.What is your mass order delivery time?
The time of delivery is 30-45 days after order /confirm/ied.

6.What is the shipping port?
We ship the goods via Xiamen port. Other port is negotiable

7.What is your payment terms?
We accept 30% T/T in advance,70% before loading.

8. Is there any branding options, packaging, insert card or user manualetc!?

Different designs / colors are available for the umbrellas and the packaging, we can simply customize as your request to make your ideal umbrella.

9.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

You can provide AI or PDF, we will make clear artwork for your final /confirm/iation.

10.Are you familiar with the Fulfillment By Amazon service (FBA)?and which shipping company are you working with? 

 -- We selling quite a lot umbrellas to US and Europe, could say that we are the verified supplier in Amazon with much experience, and we are using our own FBA forwarder by DHL, UPS as per your needs, and will inform you pricing accordingly.

11.Is there any quality testing, or reports, etc for the particular umbrella model?

We do have the test report for the particular umbrella model, such as Windproof test, REACH, RoHS, PAHS,Azo Free.

12. Any policy for RMA? Do you cover any returns? If the products are defective? 

Defective items, replacement, repairs or refund is negotiable if it is issues from us.
