Q1. Can I place a sample order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check our quality, mixed samples are also acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time? 

A: Samples: 3-5 days (should there's no stock), mass production: 1-2 weeks.

Q3. Do you have MOQ requirement?

A: Yes, but if a sample is needed, please contact us.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long it will take to arrive?

A: Usually we ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes 3-5 days to arrive at destination. Air or sea shipping optional.

Q5. How do you proceed with an order? 

    1. customer informs us their requirements / applications, including packaging, OEM rquirements, delivery date, etc.
    2. we quote according to customer's requirements or our suggestions

    3. customer orders sample(s) or send us the logo for rendering

    4. customer accepts / confirms the sample / artworks and place a formal order
    5. we send PI with TERMS & Conditions for final /confirm/iation

    6. customer arranges payment and inform us full delivery address & contact info, or forwarder info / express account, etc.
    7. upon receipt of deposit / full amount, we arrange production

    8. before the agreed shipment date, we inform customer the accurate date of finishing

    9. arrange delivery and update status for customer

Q6. Can I print my logo on the product?

A: Yes. You can send us your design and confirm the logo based on our sample before production.

Q7: How long is your guarantee period?

A: 3 years.

Q8: How do you control the quality of your products? 

A: Strict quality control system is being performed during production, also we introduced and run auto test system, aging test and functional test to ensure the defective rate is less than 0.2%.
