Q1: What is the Warranty for the goods quality?

A1:  If any quality problems on our side occured,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

       if there is any defects you can't accept, just take a photo for us, we will send you the replacement.

Q2: We are not sure the real color on your color card, how shall we place order?

A2:  Before placing order, we can send you our free color card and quality samples for your approval,

        you can choose our factory colors, if not, we can develop your own colors.

Q3: Can we make our own colors?

A3:  Yes, sure! You just inform us the Pantone Color NO. or send your color sample to us,

       we will develop preproduction color samples for your approval before mass production.

Q4: What's your delivery time and shipment time?

A4:   2~5 days for samples, 5~25 days for mass production goods

        5~7 days by express (UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX), 15~30 days by China post air mail.

Q5: Can we get support if we are not so sure about our market demand?

A5:  Yes! We have more than 10 years export experience, we can give you the most reliable suggestions.
