Description of oil refining machine:
This small oil refinery machine is composed of Hydration system, fine filter decolorization systems, trans-mission systems, fluid delivery systems, transmission and lubrication systems, electrical control system, rack and other parts.
Working principle of oil refining machine:
Crude oil→into hydration system→turn on low-speed stirring and heat up to(70-95℃)→Into the insulating state→add in 0.3%-1% Saturated agent solution→turn on high-speed stirring(150-200r/min) for 20-60 minutes→add in 3%-7% boiled water→continue high speed stirring for 15-30 min→low down stirring speed to 40-60 r/min for 20-60 minutes→Stationary heating,then stir it and let it stationary precipitate for 30-90 min→Emissions saponin→heat up to 115℃→Dehydration treatment→pump oil into Fine filter bleaching tank→get refined unglued oil→finished.

Oil production Line
The oil production line contains the seed cracker, seed roaster, screw oil press, frame type oil filter, crude oil refinery machine and oil filling and capping machine. We have many machines with different working capacity from 1ton/day to 100 tons/day,we can make quotation according to your individual demand.

1.Seed Cracker.
The cracker is used to crack hard seeds like soybean, palm kernel, macadamia nuts, hazel nuts, moringa seeds and so on before putting them into oil press machine.
2.Seed Roaster.
The seed roaster machine is used in hot pressing on sesame seeds,peanut,rapeseeds and so on to increase oil ouput rate and improve good flavor of end oil.
3.Screw oil press.
The screw oil press machine is very wide applicable, it can be used to press almost all oil materials like sesame,
peanut, cottonseeds,coconut,soybean,palm kernel,moringa seed,mustard seeds,jatropha seeds ect. to get edible oil,this machine is of high oil output rate and easy to operate and maintain.
4.frame type oil filter.
This oil filter machine is designed specially to fit midium and small size oil press machines with capacity up to 300L/H ,the machine can be used to filter all kinds of crude oil to take off impurities in it.
5.Crude oil refinery.
Small oil refinery consists a hydration system, fine filter decolor system,
transmission system,oil transportation system, transmission and lubrication systems, electrical control systems,
chassis and other components.
6.Oil filling and capping machine
If you want to pack and sell oil , we can provide oil packing machine and label machines.
