Quality control

We have already mentioned it, but we have not detailed it yet. We can offer warranties of 5 years due to the great resistance of materials and intelligent design used. Schematically explained in the following points>

  • Each module is shipped pre-tested.

Quality control
1) All the led sign lighting modules delivered from LEDELS LIGHTING are 100% aging-tested before release and CE-certified, RoHS compliant, and UL-listed.
2) The ratio of defectiveness of LEDELS leds is to be less than 0.1%. If powered 10 to 12 hours a day, the warranty of
LEDELS leds is 5 years since delivery (or its lifespan is supposed to be more than 35,000 hours).

Quality Control: 100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours’ lighting.

 Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.
