Q: When products have air bubbles, how to solve this problem?
A:In the injection molding process, sometimes there are many air bubbles in the product, which will affect its strength and mechanical properties and product appearance is also greatly harmed. Usually products due to uneven thickness, or mold with protruding ribs, the material in the mold cooling rate is different, resulting in uneven contraction, easy to form bubbles, so the mold design to pay special attention.

In addition raw materials are not fully dried, still contain some water, melt in the heat decomposition into gas, easy to enter the cavity to form bubbles. Therefore, when the product bubbles, you can check the following factors, and do deal with.
