Working capacity:100L
Structure: 100L still pot +  4plate 4 inches SS304 column+SS304 dephlegmator +SS304 condenser+parrot outlet.
Material:T2 red copper/stainless steel 304;
Heating method:1x5kw electrical element/steam;
Usage:it can produce whiskey,brandy,rum and vodka(double times distillation) etc.

For distillation column, we have 4" , 6" and 8" option.

and we have SS304 column,red copper column and glass column for choose.

Still pot with agitator

hold wash,
Structure:with jacket layer and insulation;
Top of pot with manway,inlet,safety valve, thermometer,pressure gauge and liquid return back hole.top with agitator can be used to distill any wash,even washes full of fruit pulp or grain mash can heated in this configuration of boiler without any risk of burning on bottom of pot.Also,by constantly agitating the wash throughout the distillation run,the distillery can save 20% on the heating required to perform the distillation.

Distillation column

The vapor from the helmet rises into the column,in some still configurations, the column is mounted directly on top of the helmet.when there is no helmet,the column is mounted directly on top of boiler. In some other configurations,such as two column,the column is positioned beside the boiler, the reason is the still would stand too high for most facilities if the column were stached on top of the helmet,or even on top of the boiler. within the column are bubble cap trays, the vapor rises up the tube inder the bubble caps and bubbles out from under the cap and through the standing liquid on each tray. The standing liquid overflows at a certain depth to the next tray beblow

The trays of distillation column we have improve it like photo,if the trays be full welded on column,there will have welding scar around of column,it`s not good looking.All bubble caps and screw are made of T2 grade red copper,the screw design is by our company,no dead corner,it can 100% meet sanitary stand.

Shipment By LCL

if the goods not fit in one container, we will pack by plastic wrap and plywood cases,then arrange to shipment by LCL. If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.
