Q3-What about all the paperwork with customs and freight?
Shanghai Keson Paper is a fully bonded importer and deals with all the paperwork

and customs regulations. The entire process is seamless to the customer.

Q5-How is Chinese Printing and packaging different from printing and packaging in my

own country?
While the quality of printing and packaging from China is equal or better than the quality

from printing and packaging in your own country, the main difference is the extra 3-5 weeks

of shipping time from the Chinese factory to the final destination. You will also notice that

the prices will be at least 30% less.

Q6-Do I have to coordinate importing myself?
We handle port to port delivery including customs clearances. We can also coordinate inland

shipping or you can set up inland shipping yourself.

Q7-Do you have an office in China?
Yes, we have a sales office building in the factory, that we can follow up the order every

hour, less errors happened and more effective in business communication between sales

persons and clients.

Q8-Are you sales persons professional ?

Our sales people are all educated from university and some of them received master degree,

most of our sales persons have been working in printing and packaging industry for over 10

years. for major projects some sales travelling overseas every year  to work with clients

together to have the projects put into production more effective. with this qualification you

will received a better service.
