1. How to get a sample?

We will charge double price as sample fee and customer need to pay freight too. However, the sample fee will be returned when customer place formal order.

2.How to pay express charges if order samples?

If you have own account, such as DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS,you just note us your account no. We will arrange sample. If you haven’t it, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account. Then we will deliver sample to you.

3.What is your terms of payment?

Normally , we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight.
