A&Z universal rescue head fixator is composed of an attachment base, two closed cell coated head blocks, a set of head and chin straps, two durable head straps. It can be guaranteed 100% compatible with any type of backboard or scoop stretcher. Firm control of head movement is provided while helping to maintain proper cervical spine alignment without causing patient discomfort.
