This product is 100% natural and therefore completely free from sodium karyatate or other chemical additives.

Black Henna (Katam Buxus Dioica)

is the natural hair dye that helps you enhance brown or black hair and cover white/gray hair naturally (when mixed with red henna) obtaining different shades of brown, from light brown to dark brown or a dark violet brown hair color thanks to its purplish shades.

Black Henna (or Katam Buxus Dioica) acts like the Indigo and it is used :

 Alone to darken dark brown or black hair or

 Together with henna to obtain different shades of brown hair, from light brown to dark chocolate brown. 

It gives awesome results in covering grey/ white hair naturally and it also strengthens the hair leaving it soft, shiny & healthier looking.

How to use Katam fine powder:

You can use Katam fine powder separate or in the mix.

Here is some information...

Bring the same quantity of katam and dark red henna fine powder

 Prepare the henna paste as directed.
-once henna is ready, mix your katam with warm water and allow to sit for 10-15 minutes. Mix these two together. The more katam you add the darker the brown.

The fine powder of Katam  forms a creamy paste when mixed with water, without causing any clumping. It contains no coarse fibers and washes out easily.

-Apply the paste to your hair by sections starting from the back and moving forward. Make sure you wear gloves, as it will stain your hands.
-Wrap your hair and allow to sit for 1 to 6 hours.

Rinse or wash your paste out

-This process is called a one-step process.
-Your hair’s color will settle over the next 2 days.

way of processing:  
1.Our way of processing of Katam fine powder as follow: :

Our farms localize in a very rich area with natural materials ....Ca, Na, Mg, Fe,....etc.  so we never use any chemical or artificial compounds during agricultural works we use only natural waste of animals ...as cows  goats , shapes ....etc.

2..Our Katam product very fresh  from the season , we havent any stock in our stores                    

3.Send crops of Katam leaves from fields to the processing unit.

4.Clean crops of Katam leaves very well of sticks, ,sands,strange materials to be pure henna leaves

5. We do grinding by using modern grinder machines which use for grinding henna only so we do grinding , sifting     without any contamination on the product.,  we never add anything to the henna or Katam during processing works! So the product look greenish powder.

6. We do packing of each 20Kg in double plastic bags 

7.We do packing in big bag with net weight 200Kg per pallet (every pallet have 10 bags)

Notices:

1. . Due to well known of rain seasons and quantity of rain water which consider to be little here so there is no any effect of rain on the Katam crops so we irrigate by use well water according to restrict irrigation schedules which limiting quantity of water , times in the same time we stop irrigation for one month from time of harvest.

Note we never do harvest in the rain season ? Because Katam leaves will become supersaturated with cool water which affect on the quantity of  Buxus Diocia . 

2. When we do harvest works we lay out henna leaves  under sun light for 3-4 days which strongly shining every day during the year so we don't need to do roasting by use roaster machine as they doing in the heavey rain areas ,we depend on the sunlight only.

 3.. when we collect Katam crops we pay high attention care to be 100% Katam leaves only ... Free of sticks , sand , mud , other leafs ....etc.

Dear Customer Our policy is to maintain the quality of the product is summarized in the following steps:

A. Katam cultivation stage

1.  We adhere to the cultivation of Katam during the cultivation season.

2. We use natural fertilizers "animal waste" limited quantities during the time periods measured accurately.

3. The cultivation of Katam and some aromatic plants and herbs require temperature and climate appropriate as our farms site which have all environmental and favorable weather conditions just like the availability of high temperature , sunlight most of the seasons of the year , raining at specific times during the year and all of those conditions helping  the growth of Katam , improve the quality naturally without the need for any industrial or chemical fertilizers.

4.Add to this strict adherence to schedules fertilization, irrigation and harvesting of the Katam plant during the season.

5.Control the amount of water used to irrigate plants and commitment to irrigation in specific dateslimited quantities sufficient to feed the plant and increase the amount of active ingredient in the Katam  plant and we stop irrigation for Katam  plant   before a period of not less than one month from the date of harvest.

6. Give plant required time to growth normal and healthy during
the season a period which estimated ~ 3-3.5 months
