• The wind pump sucker feeds the paper stably and reliably which can reduce the situation of feeding double paper.
• Applied intellectual hot-melt gluing system to inject gel water with accuracy,resulting in lower gel consumption and firm and flat sticking.
• Servo motor pushes the paperboard for gluing which can reduce difference because of photoelectric cells tracking,resulting in accurate gluing.
• The former adopted a device with parallel dual crank linkage rod and an air cylinder to fold the angles,resulting in flat paper boxes without scratches left.
• PLC programmable controller,Man-machine touch screen displayer and photoelectric cells can form the paper boxes in one time and automatically produce.
• Auto malfunction detector,the troubles are vividly displayed on the screen,so they are easily remedied.
