2.Description of tropical fish food production line:
The Floating Fish Feed Pellet Machine can make many kinds of fodder for different kinds of animal fodder. It can make poultry-fodder, pet-fodder, as well as aquaculture-fodder and fishery feed, which is also called floating feed.
Floating fish feed machine is widely used for fish, catfish, Tilapia, trout, shrimp, etc. The puff fish feed pellets can float on the water surface for over 24 hours, according to customers' requirements and production scale, fish feed processing line can be classified into dry type machine and wet type machine. At the same time, fish feed processing line can produce pet food/dog food/cat food.
3.Raw materials for floating fish food:
Adopts corn flour, wheat flour,low temperature soya flakes meal,rice bran , wheat bran as raw materials

Our Services
1.Pre-shippment Inspection
a.) Supplier should trial run whole line at supplier's factory before shipment;
b.) Supplier has to run the machine at least 1hour for each machine;
c.) All raw materials for that trial run to be arranged by supplier at their cost.
2.Installation & Training
a.) The seller will send one engineer to install the machinery.
b.) Buyer is responsible for finding a translator locally for easy understanding.
c.) The customer will be asked to provide room, board, round-trip transportation, and a nominal $50 daily subsidy per person for their working days.
d.) Period of installation:The buyer should arrange at least 4 workers including one electric technician to help our engineer for installation. The raw material, workshop electric source should be well prepared before installation. On base of the above request, the installation period is7-14 days including training the operater. A possible delay of the installation period will be additionally invoiced.
e.) The total length of the installation time depends on number and qualification of the available local stuff. A possible delay of the installation period will be additionally invoiced.
f.) We will provide on-site service after 1 year. The customer will be asked to provide room, board, round-trip transportation, and a nominal $50 daily subsidy per person.
g.) The seller is responsible for the fare of the visa in China.

d.) Free management of equipments' long distance shipping from seller's factory to named place by buyer;

Provide 1 year complete warrantee and life-time maintenance service;The seller is responsible for the nature damage of the machinery in one year except for man-made damage.All spare parts and wearing parts are attached with the machinery for free; and these parts should be enough for one year use.
