Q1: What's your warranty policy?
A1: For all products, we have one-year warranty. All of our goods are 100% tested before sending to you. But sometimes there are unexpected damages during delivery, please do check before you sign for the parcel.
If you have broken device, you can send it back to us by post/ mail ,we will try to repair it , if cannot repair, we will send you new motherboard to replace.
Q2: Can I print my own logo on your product?
A2: OEM orders are warmly welcome. Please send us the details of your logo color, logo position, user manual and box design (if you have).
Q3: What's your charger standard? Are they available in my country?
A3: Normally , we have EU plug, US plug, UK plug and AU plug.
Q4: Do you have technical instructions and technical support ?
A4: Please read the user manual carefully for your reference, we have detail instruction on it. If your problems still cannot be solved, welcome to contact us for help. We will also send you update software regularly if you need.
Q5:Would you supply a sample before I place an order?
A5: Sample fine, but not free.
