Product Description
Tin plate tanged graphite sheet uses superior quality flexible graphite sheet which we produce by ourselves and tin plate.The tin plate is processed firstly by machine.After being processed,it will be covered with glue.Then we use the compound machine to compound the processed tin plate and the flexible graphite sheet to be the graphite composite sheet.

Below are the materials which are used to make graphite composite sheet:
Material 1: Flexible Graphite sheet
Flexible Graphite Plate is made from exfoliated graphite flake and produced through an extensive calendaring process to give a thin flexible sheet with no binder or resins.
Because of the excellent properties such as thermal stability,high and low temperature resistance,impermeability and corrosion resistance,etc.Flexible graphite plate is widely used in fields of industrial sealing,heating elements for high temperature applications and insulation/heat shields.
Material 2: processed tin plate
We use good-quality metal foil in roll and refuse to use cheap & inferior goods from the market.
Good rust resistance and long service time.
Compound machine
We use the compound machine to compound the flexible graphite sheet and perforated tin plate to be graphite composite sheet.
Property
Being good at corrosion resistance & high/low temperature resistance & stress relaxation rate & recovery.
Application
Can be used to make all kinds of Circular geometric gaskets and widely used in pipe;valve;pump;pressure vessel;heat exchanger;exhaust pipe etc.
Can also be cut into complicated shape of gasket,such as Water gauge gasket & Punching flange gasket & Cylinder head gasket in diesel engine in car.
