1.VAE emulsion is Vinyl Acetate Ethylene copolymer emulsion, which is a kind of adhesive with excellent performance.Emulsion,VAE is vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer emulsion which is a kind of adhesive with excellent performance. Compared to PVAC emulsion ,the flexility,weather-resistance and water-resistance of EVA copolymer have been largely improved.
2. The VAE emulsion has permanent flexility/well acidity-alkaline resistance and excellent solubility.It doesn't lead to agglomeration phenomenon when mixed with most of additivepigment and filler;It can also mix directly with many water-based low-molecular and macrololecule .Meanwhile , EVA emulsion is UV-resistance and excellent film-forming.Our product is non-toxic and tasteless,pollution-free,completely be in line with mordern environmental requirement.
3. Compared to PVAC emulsion ,the flexility,weather-resistance and water-resistance of EVA copolymer have been largely improved.
Application
1. VAE emulsion is widely used in adhesive , paint ,coating, modified cement , textile and process paper and so on.
2. This kind of product belong to water-based adhesive,it has passed FDA(Food And Drug Management Department Of America) certification,therefore,it can use as adhesive in food package.
3. AVE Emulsion can bond a greater variety of surface than presently available polyvinyl acetate emulsion base, and particularly effective in bonding polyvinyl chloride films. The AVE emulsion effectively bonds such widely variety substrate as paper, wood, cotton cloth, hardboard, urethane foam and certain types of coated paperboard. AVE Emulsion also effectively uses for civil and construction works to improve the adhesive power and water resistance of mortar.
