1.What is your MOQ?

Usaually our MOQ is 2,000pcs,but we accept lower quantity for your trial order,please feel free to tell us how much prices you need,we will check and provide our best price.

2.Can I get samples?

Sure.We ususally provide exsiting sample for free,but a little sample charge for custom designs and the charge is refundable when order places.

3.How long is the sample lead time?

It takes about three days for existing samples,and one week for non-existing samples,becuase it need modification.

4.How long is the production lead time?

It takes about 60days.We have large production capacity,which can ecsure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.What format of the fild fo you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer,so you can provide JPG,AI,CAR or PDF,er will make drewing for mould or printing screen for your final /confirm/iation.

6.How many colors are availabel?

We match colors with panton matching system,so you can just tell us the pantone NO. you need,we will match the colors.

We could also give you some recommed color.

7.Which kinds of certificate would you have?

FDA,LFGB,SGS,SEDES,BSCI,ISO.

8.What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is TT 30% before production and balance against B/L copy.
