CARB P2 CERTIFICATION MDF MOULDING

       WITH  GESSO/ PAINT / PAPER COATED / PVC COATED/GESSO+PAINT

I HAVE  TWO DRY KILN  ,ONE 18METERS ,THE OTHER 26METERS LONG

5mm*1220mm*2440mm  primed white

after we carved the mdf board to mdf mouldings , now we know it is dry, the next we will gseeo or painting them.

how to remove the water in the gesso or paintng?

commonly we do it like this

is it realy can take away all the water?

of cause not. when your moulding pass through the equator you will find the gesso and painting peeled off.

because some water been absorded by the mdf.
