this product is made from ripe fruit of gramineae annual herbbarely by germination and dry. it is yellow or light yellow-brown. its endosperm is a kind of powder and its big, milky white and light sweet, which is better with big, yellow, full and completed bud. it is one of the main raw materials of beer.
