Why use SBR Flexizone panels?
- A flexible and stable surface minimizes the risk of injuries, bumps and hits caused by falls.
- The special drainage system accelerates drying of material and prevents the formation of puddles.
- The slightly porous structure provides a non-slip surface.
- The soft surface of the panels is pleasant to the touch and easy to use on bare feet.
- The SBR copolymer is easy to keep clean – water and possibly a mild detergent or a pressure cleaner is enough.
- They are resistant to abrasion, tear and temperature fluctuations in the range from – 30°C up to 70°C.
- They retain structural integrity and do not undergo permanent deformation under standard loads.

Technology for safety

SBR is a synthetic rubber with comparable elasticity to natural rubber but with higher abrasion resistance and less sensitivity to temperature fluctuations and other atmospheric conditions such as rain or frost.

Due to its absorption properties, SBR substrates are used wherever there is an increased risk of injury. They are very good on playgrounds, outdoor sports facilities, gyms, jogging paths or nursing homes. They are also successfully used on terraces, balconies and patios.

The SBR Flexizone panels is an economical, secure and durable solution. They are used extensively for smaller playgrounds and terraces, as well as for large areas of public and private spaces such as kindergartens, schools, or playgrounds.
