2.Plastic pyrolysis plant and waste tires:
1. Crushing: crushing plastic and waste tires into particles or fragments, about 10mm in diameter
2. Melt:The raw material is fed into a spiral extruder through a conveyor belt and heated to a molten state. The control temperature is 180~250 degrees.
3. Thermal decomposition: molten waste plastics are separated from the air in the decomposing furnace, pyrolysis and gasification, and the temperature is kept at 400~450 degrees. The top of the furnace is provided with a reflux condenser. When the cracking gas passes through, the high boiling point material is condensed and returned to the lower part to continue thermal decomposition; the non condensing cracking gas enters the catalytic tower and enters the cooler after the reaction.
4. Cooling: the gas is cooled in the condenser to normal temperature, and the condensed liquid enters the storage tank.
5. Exhaust gas combustion: PVC and other non condensable gas produced by thermal decomposition of HCI in waste plastics. Hydrochloric acid is absorbed by water and separated from oil by oil-water separator. Then it is burned into fuel tank instead of fuel

1. What thickness specifications does a reactor have in general?
The furnace’s thickness of the reactor can be16mm, 18mm and 20mm.
2.What material is the reactor? And what characteristic is it respectively?
The material used by reactor mainly is boiler steel plates, their materials are divided into Q245R and Q345R, the price of the two steel plates are not different too much.
Q245R: boiler steel material, can resist the temperature at 350℃, large scale degree, resists burning and is made of professional boiler steel.
Q345R: its former name is “16MnR” boiler steel plate, using temperature ranges from minus 20℃to 480℃.
3.about the environmental protection.
(1) Water treatment: The water used in the equipment can be divided into two parts. Part of the condenser can be used as circulating water without pollution. Another part of the dust removal system, but can be recycled, not external emissions, recycling, no pollution.
(2) Slag treatment: the producing process including two parts of slag: The slag produced by material,the slag produced by waste plastics
It is a kind of by-product, which can be recycled as coal, bricks or to pave with other things.

If material is tyre, the slag produced called carbon black. Through high temperature, it will be no poison and smell, and can be used in chemical project as carbon black, and can also be used in building materials. After deep processing, it can also be used in factories such as rubber factory and plastic factory, with a wide range of uses.
(3) The slag produced by fuel
Burning firewood produces slag, which can be used as fertilizer.
The slag remained by burning coal can be used in building materials. Both without any emissions.
Burning diesel oil and natural gas, no any slag produced.
(4).Waste gas treatment:(Including three parts)
The first is when the water content in materials is big. At the early stage, small amount of water vapour is produced, and it will flows into purifier through blowoff valve, and then be eliminated from the purifier.
The second is the smoke produced by burning wood or coal is drawn to deduster by the power of draft fan to deal with, and then be eliminated out through chimney to insure the smoke released has reached the emission standard.
The third is under normal temperature and pressure, the exhaust under C4 (the contend is methane,ethane,butane and hydrogen) , which cannot be recycled, produced in the high temperature oil gas goes through water seal, and is transferred into furnace by exhaust pipe to burn the reactor by gas burner, which is both energy saving and environmental. In the whole producing process, the equipment is totally sealed, without any smell.
4. Noise treatment:
The equipment uses low noise fan, whose noise is under 60 decibel, partly noise for engine and feeding machine use is under 50db. If there are green trees, it can insure the noise around the factory under 50db (at daytime), 45db (at night) .
5.What is the oil yield of waste plastic and waste tires?
Different plastic waste have different oil yield rate. Most of our customers use scraps offcut from recycled paper plant.
