Product Description
The single shaft shredder is mainly used in all kinds of hollow or solid plastic material. The machine is suitable to PE, PP, PET, ABS, PVC and engineering plastics.
It is new designed especially for crushing various big solid material, unmanageable material, plastic container and barrel, plastic film, plastic pipe, fiber and paper which the normal crusher can not handle. The shredders have the advantages of stable running lower noise and big torque.
The materials are pushed into the shredding chamber by hydraulic. Independent drive system and solid structure make the running stably.
The blade base and bladeon the rotary roller can be disassemble , its easy to clean and maintenance the rotary blade adopt the design , it can decrease the noise and decrease energy consumption.
The main axis is drive by gearbox , its running very stably , low noise and strong power and the material push feeding system is hydraulic ways. The screen can be changed according to the customers specific requirements
It can not only used for PP PE film , after change a little design of screen , it can also crush the PET bottle
