1. How & When can I get the price?
Email us your inquiry or communicate online by TradeManager, stating the specifications (product, material, size, quantity etc.). We usually quote you within 24 hours. If urgent inquiry, pls feel free to call us directly! we will solve it as a priority.

2. How can I get the samples?
-If it's our existing sample,we can send you free. if not, we will customize the samples to you..Sample charge will be refundable after order placed if the quantity reaching our requirement.
-Normally,we send samples by UPS/FedEx/DHL/TNT or other express company. we have all the account of these couriers, so even if you don't have their account, we can still send it by our account.

3. How can i place order?
 1. Inquiry us and get professional quotation.
 2. Confirm the order details like as price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.
 3. Yaowan sales send you the Proforma Invoice .
 4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
 5.Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment,And will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval.  After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
 6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line what you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
 7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .
 8. Clients make payment for balance and Yaowan Ship the goods .Also can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy Or L/C payment Term. Inform the tracking number and  check the status for clients.
 9. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them .
 10. Feedback to Yaowan about Quality , Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we will try our best to make it better . thanks in advance!

4. Can you make the designs for us?
YES! just pls send us the available design artwork! such as AI,PDF,CDR or high resolution pictures.

5. Can you arrange shipment?
YES! We would like to arrange shipping for you and give you suggestions.

6. I want to sell your products on Amazon, can you do the label or stickers?
Yes, we can help to do this by free of charge.
