Features of Economical PWPC 

    Unlike traditional PE based WPC which is exposed to the outdoor environment directly, this product has changed the general definition of PE based WPC by using it as the base material, which demonstrates outstanding performance. The products can be classified into four types in terms of the colour and the concave-convex of the surface: plain-coloured, wood-grained, straight-grained and embossed.

    This series of products are the lossless surface-treated traditional PE based WPC that is coated with top-grade outdoor paint to improve its performance in many aspects. These products can be used in both the vertical surface (wall panel, pillar and fence) and horizontal surface. It should be noticed that the wood grain are on the top layer, which might be scratched and worn out in the long run.

    1. Stylish, colourful and easily customized

    Love of beauty is the innate nature of human beings. The painted WPC products have a wide range of colours, and they can be customized in any colour on customer’s request. In addition to plain colour, they can also be painted with the patterns of wood grain, marble and other designs.

    2. High colour fastness, minimal colour fading and yellowing

    Traditional PE based WPC products only have simple colours which lack a sense of friendliness and aesthetics. Moreover, the anti-oxidation and anti-photolysis abilities of traditional products are very low even when antioxidant and absorbers are added.

    PWPC has the incomparable advantages over traditional PE based WPC in terms of the richness and fastness of colour. The colour change is minimal, which could hardly be recognized by eyes, and even the white-coloured ones will not turn yellow at all.

    3. Self-cleaning, less maintenance and easy to care

    With low surface energy, the coating will not be stained easily, and thereby has excellent stain resistance. The stains can be easily wiped off with a cloth.

    4. Outstanding scratch and wear resistance, with surface hardness reaching 4H

    The surface hardness of this product is as high as 4H, which is about two to three times of traditional PE based WPC. Thereby its scratch and wear resistance has been improved significantly (Scratch it with a coin, and you can find its excellent scratch resistance).

    5. Superb weather fastness, with a lifespan as long as 10 years

    This product is waterproof and moisture-proof, and has excellent durability in extreme low or high temperature. Moreover, it is acid- and alkaline-resistant and anticorrosive, and has good weather fastness with a 10-year lifespan.

     6. Stable dimension and internal structural damage free

     Embossing or pyrography after abrasion by sanding machine often causes internal structural damage and dimensional deformation in traditional PE based WPC. However, PWPC technology will not cause any mechanical damage to traditional WPC, so either hollow or solid ones can be processed without changing the original size or internal structure of the PE based WPC.

     7. Environment-friendly and nontoxic, a great substitute for anti-corrosive wood

The materials used in this product are environment-friendly and energy-saving without the emission of formaldehyde, benzene or any other toxicant, which is also preservative (CCA/ACQ) free. These features ensure the safety of this product.

     8. More cost-effective than extruded WPC

     This product has much better performance than extruded WPC in terms of aesthetics, cost, self-cleaning, colour-fading and wear resistance.

     9. Clear and rich wood grain with low repetition, excellent visual effects

     The wood grain of this product is very clear and natural, with coherent strips and a good sense of layering. The rich and diverse patterns with low repetition create excellent visual effects.

In addition to single-coloured wood grain, we can also print double- and triple-coloured wood grain on customer’s request.

     10. Perfect anti-slip performance

     Using specific anti-slip coating and traditional physical anti-slip design of PE based WPC (such as grooves and embossing), this product has a perfect anti-slip performance, which ensures its safety.
