A: Firstly, all fireplace will tested arround 10 hours before leading factory, we will send you products testing photos,videos to you.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, if there are any problem we will help you checking what is the issues. 

If there are non manmade issues and repair parts needed, we can send you free parts with post. 

 For batch products, we will send some spare parts to you. And pls call us for better service.
