1. Introduction for Ni-Cr Alloy wire
The Nichrome chemical composition is nickel, chromium and Iron, Rest is Nickel .The operating temperatures up to 1200 degrees. Its chemical composition gives good oxidation resistance, especially under conditions of frequent switching or wide temperature fluctuations. They are used for electric resistances of appliances or for application of industrial furances.
Nichrome 8020 is an ideal material,it has good ductility,workability and weldability under high temperature and seismic strength.

3.Applications of Ni-Cr Alloy wire
♦ NiCr heating wire is widely used for making electric heating elements in home appliances and industrial furnaces. Typical applications are flat irons, ironing machines, water heaters, plastic moulding dies, soldering irons, metal sheathed tubular elements and cartridge elements.
♦ used in the explosives and fireworks industry as a bridgewire in electric ignition system
♦ Industrial and hobby hot wire foam cutters
♦ testing the colour of the flame in the non-luminous part of fire of a cation
♦ used in ceramics as an internal support structure

6.Delivery condition :
Wires: all cold-drawn wire shall be supplied as condition of soft+acid pickling+annealed;
alloy wire in coils shall be supplied as oxidized,acid pickled (acid washed) or golden colour.
alloy wire of small diameters shall be supplied in bright condition after annealed om sheltering gas.
Bars:Bars shall be supplied in oxidized condition
Strips:strips shall be supplied in oxidized or acid picked condition
Ribbon:ribbon shall be supplied in bright condition after annealed in sheltering gas.

Packaging & Shipping
1.Packaging: packing in spool or packing in coil according to the size of the wire.
A: alloy wire /strip diameter ≤1.2mm , packing shall be supplied in reels and packed on plastic spool, then sealed with plastic,last in carton.
B.Alloy wire/strip diameter >1.2mm, packing shall be supplied in coils and packaed in cloth bags,Snake skin plastic strip or water-resistant papar.
C. we will also discuss for any special requirement on packing.
*One spool can put into 1.6/3.6 kgs wire accord to wire size.
*One carton can put into 20-25kg wire
*One coil weight about 30kg /coil
*One wodden pallet can put one ton wire
*FCL quantity around 20-24 tons wire
2.Shipping according to the quantity:
If large quantity, shipping by sea. FCL or LCL.
FCL can load net weight :20-24 tons wire
For sample of quantity less than 100kg, always shipping by air or by express .
Shipping time :

Regular order 15-25 days accord to quantity.
