Brief introduction of meat grinder:

SXC-12 meat mincer commercial meat grinder is a great kind of machine to grind meat.  This machine has good character of easy operating, perfect function, and all the parts touched with food are made by stainless steel and aluminum alloy. Ⅰ. Operation notice

      1. Before applying this machine, check the power supply and voltage are in accordance with regulations. And mount earthing wire according to the mark on the machine. CHECK THE WORM DIRECTION IS RIGHT WAY!

      2.Read the user's manual carefully after open rthe package. Please clean the anti-rust oil of the machine, before using.

      3.The meat for processing must be skinless and boneless, cut it to fit the entry hole, then put it into the hopper gradually to grind. Don't use the hand to push the meat when the machine operation! DANGERS!

      4.Please turn off the power and pull the wire pin.

      5.Then unpacking the machine, when you wash. Avoid water dropped into the motor to ensure the motor free of damp. Unscrew the big nut to take out circular knife, cross knife and grinding cage. And then unscrew the lock screw to take out the grinding tank, applying detergent and boiled water to clean the rustproof grease and wipe it.After cleaning, assemble them in order. Be careful not to screw the nut too tight or too loose which may damage the machine or infuence meat grinding.

      6.If the meat can not be grinded smoothly and paste appears, use the attached plastic press the meat lightly.Don't use hand!

      7.Earthing wire must be mounted. Take care not be burned by the motor.

Ⅱ. Safety procedures

      1.You clean out. Maintain or remove the machine while disconected.

      2.You can not use the wet hand to touch plug and switch.

      3.You can not let the child approach or use this machine.

      4.Pls put it on the flat floor when using the machine.

      5.You cannot use the hand to touch the part of machine when it is running.

      6.If there is some problems when using the machine, you must stop and check it.

      7.Clean it immeditely, keep it clean and disconnect.

      8.To aviod danger, please do not open to repair it yourself, please promptly contact with our company or the local dealer.

      9.Pay attention to positive and negative direction signs of the switch, forbid to put the hand into machine when it is running.

     10.If the electricity sudden go off when the machine is working, unplug and see the overload protector move or not, please restoration it.
