Our workshop covers an area of 5000 square meter,earned Researched and Development dep;Sample dep;mold making dep;plastic production dep;Rotocasting vinl production dep,painting dep;QC dep;Assembly dep.

We have 2 dustless workshop and 10 different high frequency injection mechines from 4KW to 150KW,400 sets of spraying equipment,30 pad printing machines,25 assembling,and over 600 workers here

We supply 2 approval routines:

1)Pre-production samples are send to you before molding.

2)Post production samples are send to you before mass production,and before sending samples,we send picture to customers for first /confirm/iation.

TECHNOLOGY PROCESS:

1. Mud prototype , PU prototype , Wax prototype (general shape).

2. Customer PU prototype shape /confirm/iation. 

3. Tooling or mold preparing. 

4. Pre-production sample /confirm/iation. 

5. Mass production.

6.Painting.

7.Assembly,quality control,package.

Q3: about our Return Policy:
If you want to exchange the items received, you must contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your order. And you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their original status.
