PE POLYETHYLENE

Polyethylene is the most common plastic in the world, with which everyone comes into contact daily. Its primary use is in packaging (plastic bags, plastic films etc.). The most important polyethylene grades are LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE.

 PP POLYPROPYLENE

Polypropylene is the second most common plastic raw material in the world. Polypropylene is preffereddue to its low cost, and its moderate strength has a flexibility that makes it easy to mold into different shapes. Besides these, it is chemically resistant to most oils and solvents, it has excellent impact strength, a low coefficient of friction, excellent moisture resistance and high temperature resistance.

GRANULE

Polypropylene, the parts used in the automotive industry, textile and food packaging is a thermoplastic polymer with a very wide range of applications. Propylene monomer obtained polymer made by chemical solvents (acids and bases) is extremely resistant against. Polypropylene has very good resistance to fatigue. Low cost, has a good impact resistance. The coefficient of friction is low, provides a very good electrical insulation. Chemical resistance is good.

HDPE POLYETHYLENE

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polyethylene high-density (PEHD) is a polyethylene thermoplastic made from petroleum. With a high strength-to-density ratio, HDPE is used in the production of plastic bottles, corrosion-resistant piping, geomembranes, and plastic lumber. HDPE is commonly recycled, and has the number "2" as its resin identification code (formerly known as recycling symbol).

Alpil Aluminum Composite is a Celaloglu Mining &  recycling plastic subdisary institution. Celaloglu Plastic Company is one of the biggest  plastic recylcling facilities in Turkey.  Our  current manufacturing capacity is  4 thousand tons per month.

Manufacturing Smartbond and Trendbond branded composite panel products under the Alpil Aluminum Institution has wood grain, silver and gold mirror options available with over 50 different colors.

Alpil Aluminum also operates various other works, such as producing flat plastic sheets from 50 cm up to 185 cm for Construction and Automotive industries.  (e.g Produced plastic sheets used for sealing the bases of the buildings.)

Our facility has an annual production capacity of 1,500,000 m2 in 9 thousand m2 closed area. We continue to provide services to our clients with an amateur spirit and a professional approach.
