1.How can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us, leave message(product detail, your contacts-phone number and email) to us so that we will reply your inquiry priority.

2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
Free samples are in stock and available. As your sample design and requirements, we will charge the sample cost(THE SAMPLE COST WILL BE REFUND TO YOU AFTER MAKING ORDER)

3.What kind of files do you accept for product design? 
PDF, picture etc.,AI is the best for us.

4.Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We are 10 years professional factory, have our own design team, can well understand customer's designs and switch them to production, can also help customer to make designs according to their ideas. 

5.How long can I expect to get the sample?
5~7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express(DHL, UPS, ARAMEX, FEDEX etc.) and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

6.How about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 2~4 weeks.

7.How can you ensure the quality inspection?

We have strict quality control system, every product will be inspected twice during the production, finished and packing. We welcome you and your agent to come to inspect goods, or we can send you all the pictures of producing process.

8.What is your price terms and payment terms?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery. (T/T, Western Union)
