| 1) | Full automatic raw material feeding -metering mixing system. Scientific ratio and accurate weight measurementpromise the stable formula; using unique double shaft mixer, ensuring mixing evenly and no blocking. |
| 2) | We use international famous brands only: electric control cabinet are German Rittal brand; frequency transformer and PLC are SIEMENS brand; low-voltage electrical apparatus are Schneider brand; |
| 3) | Adopting CNC edge cutting machine, so as to cutting edges precisely. |
| 4) | Unique curing process: first curing room(28-38℃, not higher than 40℃) and second curing room(35-45℃,not higher than 50℃), promising the complete chemical reaction of MGO and MgCl2/MgSO4, so as to ensure stable performance of finished products. |
| 5) | Can produce both non-woven MGO board and sanding MGO board. We are the only factory mastering the technology of qualified sanding MGO board and its machine. |
