The king of nut: Chestnut in Dandong have a longer growth period and higher quality, the chestnut trees in Dandong are all for many years, so the nuts are all delicious,soft,sweet and eutrophy, it is rich in mineral substance and many vitamins which are beneficial to human body.Each 100 grams of chestnuts contain protein 5.3 grams, 1.7 grams of fat, carbohydrates 77.2 grams, calcium 15mg, 1.2mg of iron, zinc 1.32mg,vitaminE 11.45mg, riboflavin 0.15mg, vitaminC 2.5mg.
