1. Q: What is your MOQ?

    A: Normally MOQ is from 2000pcs to 65000pcs.

        The good price is based on MOQ.

        For some items,  we can do it for 1000pcs.

2. Q:  Can I get sample, how to get ?

   A:  Sure, We can provide sample to you for free. customer take the sample freight. 

   If  sample is customized, a little sample charge for custom designs.

3. Q:  Sample lead time ?

    A:  For existing sample ,it takes 2-7days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-10days .That's up to artwork .

4. Q:  Which payment way is workable? 

    A:  T/T , Western Union, L/C at sight etc.

5. Q:  How about the shipment delivery date? 

    A:  Normally delivery time is 25-30days.

         It can be shorten if special circumstances.

5. Q:  What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

    A:  We have our own professional designers, So you can provide us JPG,AI CDR ro PDF,etc. 

        We will draw arwork for mold or draft for your ref.
