A: yes, we work on OEM/ODM orders. That means size, material, quantity, design, etc.  

Q: 2.)Do you accept a minimum order quantity for soft toy or plush toy?

A: We are real factory, We have a minimum order as required for 500 pcs.

Q:3.) How do we determine the price of each customized soft toy or plush toy ?

A: There are some basic specs we need to know for price calculate, that is: the quantity, the size, the products shape (photos), the material & thickness & color printing & surface finishing, and then the best

price will be send to you on time.  

Q:4.)What kind of materials are used to make each soft toy or plush toy ?

A: The fabric and materials are used range from cotton, polyester, buttons, beads, fleece, velvet, wool etc. We take extreme care to use only the highest quality materials possible for each soft toy, and we have a comprehensive quality assurance process that is carried out after completion of each soft toy. Each softie is stuffed with hypoallergenic 100% Polyester fiberfill.

Q:5.) How long does it take to make my soft toy or plush toy and samples ?

A: We generally require a minimum for four working weeks to complete your big order and seven working days for sample. However, the urgent orders may be fulfilled as soon as possible.
